Job Description
Job Purpose
Plan, coordinate, and manage all logistics activities with a primary focus on export shipments, while supporting domestic deliveries as needed. Oversee warehouse operations, stock management, and continuously improve logistics processes to ensure timely, accurate, and efficient delivery to customers. Collaborate with internal departments and external logistics providers to meet customer requirements and maintain high service standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate export shipments, including preparing schedules, managing stock availability, handling documentation (Proforma Invoice, DO, Packing List, Form D, etc.), liaising with forwarding agents, and ensuring compliance with customs regulations.
- Support domestic deliveries and courier arrangements as needed.
- Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries, updates, and resolving delivery-related issues professionally.
- Oversee warehouse activities, monitor stock levels, ensure FIFO/FEFO compliance, manage quarantine materials, and participate in stock counts.
- Review and improve logistics and warehouse processes, ensuring accurate data entry in systems and enhancing efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with ISO standards, company policies, internal controls, and safety regulations.
- Diploma in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field.
- Strong communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- Good interpersonal, negotiation, and customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and maintain organizational standards.
- Proficient in MS Office; ERP/WMS knowledge is a plus.
- Knowledge of export documentation, customs regulations, and Incoterms; basic domestic logistics knowledge.
