On 14^th October 2026, we had conducted Internal Training; Scheduled Waste Management and Spills Response Drills and Standard Operation Procedure to refresh our employee’s and worker’s knowledge regarding the schedule waste, emergency situation on the spill’s incident, and also the related SOP. The training aimed to strengthen workplace safety, improve operational practices and to ensure compliance with the company standard and practice.

In addition, as part of the Compliance Reinforcement Month, all Denka employees, including all workers, are required to participate in the Compliance Learning Program - Business Code of Conduct & Harassment Compliance Briefing for 2026. This briefing is conducted to ensure that all employees understand the company’s ethical standards, workplace expectations, and responsibilities in maintaining a respectful, safe, and compliant working environment when carrying out their duties.
