Estoliastic hot poured rubber bitumen horizontal joint sealant is designed for sealing movement and construction joints in concrete pavements and floor slabs. It possesses good adhesion to concrete and asphaltic materials.

Estoliastic is suitable for immersed joints, including low movement expansion joints, floor joints of reservoirs, basement etc.

Estoliastic has been tested by SIRIM BHD, in accordance to BS 6920, on the suitability for contact with drinking water, and complied with the specification in this data sheet.

Overview

Shelf Life
The product will have a shelf life of 12 months.
Product Handling
There is no known health hazards associated with Estoliastic. Do not melt the compound in confine space, as concentrated fume may be injurious. Do not exceed safe heating temperature.

Estop Primer S1 is a highly flammable liquid. It should be kept away from sources of ignition. Wear suitable protective clothing, gloves and eye/face protection.
Storage Condition/Temperature
Estoliastic should be stored on pallets in dry conditions. If stored in extreme heat locations the shelf life may be reduced.
