It is a two packs epoxy resin material. It is supplied in pre-measured quantities ready for site mixing and use. The finishing has a semi-gloss sheen finish with good adhesion onto properly concrete and metal surfaces.

Application

Estotect E230 is a protective coating for concrete and mild steel. It is particularly useful where concrete surfaces are damp and cannot be dried out. Its high build properties allow a thickness of

up to 200 microns to be achieved in single spray / roller application. The cured film is corrosion and chemical resistant and is suitable for applications such as: 

  • Steel structures
  • Bridge
  • Tanks exterior
  • Oil tanks
  • Piping
  • Roof
